My dad was the superintendent over the 4th floor remodel in this building years ago. I worked with him on this job and it was a lot of fun when we started because it was all demolition!! But at the end of the demolition part we must have thrown the fun out with the trash because it suddenly became work, when we had to rebuild what we tore down. It was the first time I ever got to see my "under pressure" on a job. 15 days into the 60 day job they told him, "We need it done in 30 days, sir." At day 29 he was letting them move in. That's my dad.
