Christ is the true reason for the season. In the beginning God created everything. Even us. Then we sinned against Him and found ourselves shameful; naked; sinful. Then He sacrificed an animal for it's flesh to cover our sin; our shame; our nakedness. But still we always rebel against Him. Then many years later, He sacrificed His only begotten Son. So that His flesh could cover our shame; our sin. Once and for all. But only for those who truly accept Him.
